Immortals of Aveum – An Impressive Magic-Themed Shooter
- 13 Apr 2023
EA and Ascendant Studios are set to launch their new IP, the magic-themed first-person shooter, Immortals of Aveum. The game will be released on July 20th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. Pre-orders are now available in both regular ($59.99/$69.99) and Digital Deluxe editions ($10 extra).
Players will be able to explore a vast world filled with magical creatures as they take on the role of a sorcerer called Avena, who is determined to defeat an ancient evil threatening the land of Aveum by mastering powerful spells and abilities that evolve as players progress through the game's 25 hours of campaign content.
The game also features various side quests which can unlock powerful items for use in combat, as well as online cooperative multiplayer modes where up to four players can team up against larger threats. On top of that, Immortals offers customizable player avatars with special perks and bonuses, allowing each character to develop according to player preferences while still preserving the core story elements that tie everything together.
The developers have worked hard on delivering an immersive experience filled with stunning visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5 technology coupled with unique art direction, which allows them to create imaginative landscapes full of vibrant colors contrasted against deep shadows – perfect for setting up intense battles between heroes and monsters alike!
Apart from a rich story mode featuring diverse characters such as necromancers or dragonskin warriors, this thrilling shooter also comes with some other exciting features like a crafting system allowing you to craft weapons using resources found throughout your travels or even summon familiars at your side during battles!
Last but not least important is its innovative use of procedural generation, which promises infinite replayability because levels never repeat themselves exactly each time you play them; instead, they’re randomly generated based on certain parameters, so no two experiences ever feel quite alike! This ensures there’s always something fresh waiting around every corner when exploring these fantastical realms!
Overall, Immortals Of Aveum is shaping up nicely, given its promising visuals coupled with depth gameplay experiences ranging from story campaign mode to battles between teams. Pre-orders are now available, so anyone looking forward to diving deep into this magical world should definitely give it a try starting July 20th!
